Raskovsky Property Works provides residential and commercial property maintenance services, which may include:

Available services may change throughout the year.
Estimates
All estimates are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated.
Quotes are based on the information available at the time of inspection or the details provided by the customer. Final pricing may change if property conditions differ significantly from what was represented.
Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
Weather, equipment maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances may require appointments to be rescheduled. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any changes as soon as possible.
Property Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring we have safe access to the property during scheduled service times.
Please ensure:

Gates are unlocked (if access is required)

Pets are safely secured
-
Vehicles, toys, hoses, and other obstacles are removed from work areas whenever possible
Additional charges may apply if significant delays or extra work are required due to inaccessible or obstructed areas.
Payment
Payment is due according to the terms provided on your invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for informing us of:

Invisible pet fences

Newly planted trees or landscaping

Hidden hazards
-
Any areas requiring special attention
While we exercise reasonable care, we cannot be responsible for damage caused by hazards that were not visible or disclosed before service.
Service Limitations
Our services are intended to maintain your property under normal conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, including but not limited to:

Dangerous debris

Aggressive animals
-
Severe weather
-
Hazardous property conditions
Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 48 hours. We will review the concern and, where appropriate, work with you to resolve the issue.

Limitation of Liability
